WHY A DEDICATED SOLUTION?

Many applications can issue invoices. K-Billing is for organizations that also want control over the system behind them.

It is designed for situations where data control, unlimited users, document identity, custom rules and integrations matter more than using a standard shared SaaS platform.

01

Your data stays under your control

K-Billing can run on a local server, a dedicated VPS or infrastructure selected by the organization.

02

Unlimited users

Finance, sales, cashier desks and management can work in the same system without per-seat licensing constraints.

03

Custom documents

Branding, layout and additional information can be adapted to the organization.

04

Fits your workflow

Billing rules, calculations, imports, exports, reports and integrations can be configured or extended around the existing process.

05

Start simple and expand

Begin with standard invoicing and add recurring billing, penalties, online payments, customer self-service and automation later.

06

One financial workflow

Invoices, collections, balances and reporting stay connected in the same platform.

INVOICING

From a simple invoice to complex recurring billing.

K-Billing can be used as a standard invoicing application: select the customer, products or services, quantities and prices, then issue the invoice.

For recurring activities, the same platform can automate subscriptions, services and other repeated transactions.

More complex scenarios can include due dates, penalties and organization-specific calculation rules.

Invoice manually when you need to. Automate what repeats.

02

Recurring billing

03

Due dates and penalties

Calculations based on balance, due date and payment date where commercial rules require them.

04

Custom documents

Visual identity and additional information adapted to the organization.

05

PDF and structured formats

Invoice documents can be available in formats required by operational and electronic invoicing workflows.

06

Country-specific e-invoicing

Where supported, issued invoices can be transmitted to the national electronic invoicing or fiscal platform and their processing status can be tracked.

FISCAL & E-INVOICING INTEGRATION

Adapt K-Billing to the fiscal systems of the deployment country.

K-Billing can be adapted to the electronic invoicing and fiscal reporting mechanisms available in the country where it is deployed.

Where the national authority exposes a documented API, gateway or other supported mechanism, issued documents can be prepared and transmitted and their identifiers, responses and processing status stored in K-Billing.

Incoming supplier invoices can also be retrieved when the national platform and authorization model support this workflow.

External integrations depend on the technical interfaces, authorization mechanisms and legal requirements exposed by the relevant authority or service.

COLLECTIONS

An issued invoice is not yet a collected invoice.

K-Billing follows the invoice after it is issued. Payments, balances and transaction history stay connected to the documents that generated them.

↗

Online payment

An invoice can include a payment link to a compatible processor.

▣

Cashier desk

Cash and card payments can be recorded while keeping the same centralized customer balance.

½

Partial payments

The system supports partial payments and recalculates the remaining balance.

K-Billing can allocate collections using FIFO (First In, First Out), settling the oldest obligations first according to configured rules.

Online payments: availability depends on the customer having an agreement with a compatible payment processor and on that processor's technical capabilities.

CUSTOMER PORTAL

Customers can handle part of the process themselves.

K-Billing can include an online self-service area for customers.

Customers can review invoices and payments, check their balance, download PDF or structured invoice files, initiate online payments and send requests to the organization.

INTEGRATIONS

You do not have to replace the applications you already use.

K-Billing can exchange data with existing invoicing software, accounting systems, ERP, CRM, payment platforms and other external services.

01

Existing invoicing software

Customers, invoices, collections and other data can be imported or exchanged through APIs, files or dedicated connectors.

02

Accounting, ERP and CRM

Financial and commercial data can be synchronized to reduce duplicate data entry.

03

API, import and export

Integration uses the documented mechanisms exposed by the external system.

04

National fiscal platform

Issued electronic invoices can be transmitted where the national system exposes a supported integration mechanism.

05

Incoming electronic invoices

Supplier documents can be retrieved where the national platform and authorization model support that capability.

06

Payment processors

Online transactions can be associated directly with the corresponding invoice and balance.

Connectivity with an external application, fiscal authority or service depends on the documented interfaces and authorization mechanisms exposed by that system and may require specific implementation work.

INTERNATIONALISATION

Bilingual or multilingual interface. One fiscal jurisdiction in a standard deployment.

Interface language and fiscal jurisdiction are separate configuration layers. The same K-Billing installation can offer two or more interface languages while tax rules, electronic invoice schemas and fiscal-system integration remain configured for one jurisdiction.

01

Bilingual interface

Teams can work in English and another supported language while sharing the same operational database and workflows.

02

One standard fiscal jurisdiction

A standard deployment is configured for the tax rules and electronic reporting requirements of one country.

03

Multi-jurisdiction on request

Organizations that must operate simultaneously across several fiscal jurisdictions can request a custom architecture and implementation.

REPORTING & CONTROL

Know what was invoiced, collected and still remains outstanding.

Invoiced

Issued document values and invoicing evolution by period, customer or other criteria.

Collected

Full and partial payments, payment methods and collection history.

Outstanding

Unpaid invoices, balances, overdue amounts and customer-level exposure.

Custom KPIs and organization-specific reports can be added according to available data and business processes.
